About

The loop, in first person.

I’m Muhammad Mobeen, an AI product engineer and serial builder. I build AI products end to end: the research, the architecture, the code, the infrastructure, the billing, and the operating that comes after. The tagline is a loop, not a list.

The loop has run a few times now. Markhorverse, my AI/ML and web agency startup, was the first room I built for myself. Inside it came Web Whisperer, a chatbot SaaS that another platform absorbed into its stack, and a rough prompt-to-video generator that later grew up into PromoGenAI, the AI creative director for ads that I build and operate today. Before all of it there was Synthium AI, a synthetic-data platform that became a peer-reviewed paper at IMVIP 2024.

How I work is simple enough to state in a line: research first, build the thing, ship it to real users, then keep it running and pay attention to what breaks. The ventures with a story worth telling in full get a case study, so the detail is a click away rather than a claim.

How the work happens

Build. Ship. Scale.

The whole circle rather than one arc of it: research, build, ship, bill, scale, then round again.

The product loop: Build, then Ship, then Scale, then round again.
  1. 01

    Build

Research, architecture, the code. Agentic pipelines that hold up under real traffic and a real cost ceiling, not demos.

  2. 02

    Ship

Release, billing, production. A prompt pipeline to Stripe revenue; a platform to its first paying user.

  3. 03

    Scale

Users, infrastructure, and the operation around it. What survives growth is a product; what doesn’t was a demo.

The rest is a conversation.

What I'm building right now, what I'd build next, and whether that overlaps with you. All of it is better said live than written here.
